We have worked with StrataBlue for over 15 years. Over that time, they created a website for us from scratch, wrote regular original blog posts, managed our online advertising and adwords, assisted with SEO, created posts for our social media platforms, generated regular email blasts and more.

We were able to increase our visibility in our marketplace, increase customer engagement online and in turn ultimately increase sales.

On occasion, graphics did not come back as polished as I would have liked. That being said, StrataBlue would rework them to ensure they were to my liking.

We are a Home Owners Association consisting of nearly 400 home owners on Windham Ski Mountain.

• Develope are private website dedicated to our home owners. It had to include a directory of Home Owners, Rules and Regulations, Blast Notification, Security and much more.
• Since we have no webmaster, the site had to be self contain and easy to update and make changes.
• Another goal was to allow the local business's to reach out to our home owners, as well as the county and local legislation.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The scope of work was to understand our requirements, our interaction needs (no technical staff on our side of the equation), construction of site, training manual, touring video of homes on the mountain, security for homeowner information allowing only other member owners to access the directory. We also asked for the capability to send our homeowners emergency blast emails, provide access to our associations Rules and Regulations and to interact with our various committees.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We now have a functioning website and a quick and easy way to reach our homeowners. For various mailings such as invoices for dues, we can extract n/a information and create a mailing list. Homeowners can now reach neighbors by going to the site and accessing the directory (using secure access). Owners now get broadcasts of events and other activities taking place on the mountain. There are many more advantages and tools we can now deploy.

We worked very closely with two individuals. Both were extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Each phase of the project was delivered on time, and as we went through the test phase, they were there to react quickly. Upper management was also touching base with us to insure that the project was moving forward as expected. They then provided a complete instruction manual that covered every aspect of our system. They even introduced us the our hosting site, and the maintenance group to respond to issues.

The top-down management and staff were genuinely concerned about our experience, and that was obviously reflected in all the other staff members. The obvious was that they were technically savvy and knowledgeable.

I am trying to think of an area that needs improvement, and when I find it I will let you know.
