They were overall in-charge and responsible to construct a building as per shared drawings. They have to mobilize all resources in this regard to ensure the timely completion of the building.

Construction time 12 months Payments as per yardstick, mutually agreed upon. Contract value 35,000 USD. Commission charged 7%.
