We bought an apartment in fairly dated conditiona and wanted to do full renovation. We wanted to open up kitchen and combine it with the living room, and relocate the bathroom. Storm Architects developed a new layout, made design and decoration for our apartment.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Apartment was finished and delivered as it was shown on the visualisations. Storm took care of the contractors and all the communications with suppliers and furniture shops.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their communication was effective. They conducted several personal meetings and costant upadate by email and Whatsapp. We had no problem reaching them pretty much anytime. Project was deliverd on time, but some delays occured in the suppliers chain, that resulted in overall delay of the apartment delivery by 1 month.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The images of the future project that they deliver look very realistic and uncomparable with anything we saw with other designers. We have received multiple images of each room, so we had a complete understanding how our home will look like, I mean litterally every corner

Are there any areas for improvement or something Storm Architects could have done differently?

First communications were a bit unclear. In the very beginning we were contacted by business developer manager. Unfortunately she wasn't present during our first metting with designer and we had to explain what we need pretty much again. But I think it's a common issue when working with bigger companies.
