The audit covered how often and in what context the brand was cited in AI-generated answers, which competitors were mentioned instead, and which content gaps were causing the company to be invisible on high-intent queries.

Key deliverables: a brand visibility report across 5 LLMs, a competitor citation comparison, a prioritized list of content and technical fixes, and a roadmap for improving AI search presence over the following 90 days.

The project gave the client a clear baseline for AI visibility: where the brand appeared (and didn't) across AI search engines.

Within 6 weeks of implementing the top recommendations, the brand started appearing in Perplexity responses for several target queries where it previously had zero presence.

The competitive gap analysis also surfaced two content areas where the client’s closest competitors were consistently cited over them.
