Stiryum helped us hire remote developers for various roles such as frontend, backend, QA and test automation. They carefully vetted and screened candidates, performed reference checks and sent weekly batches of candidates to our contact person. Key deliverables included a team of skilled developers who could work efficiently and effectively to deliver quality work.

• The measurable outcomes from the project include a team of developers who were able to deliver quality work on time and on budget. We were able to scale our development team quickly and efficiently, which helped us meet our business goals.

Overall, we were very happy with our experience working with Stiryum. The only area for improvement we could suggest would be to expand their services to include training and upskilling programs for the remote developers they hire. This would not only provide added value to their clients, but it would also help to address the skills gap in the tech industry and provide opportunities for professional growth for the developers.
