Another big part of the work was the integration piece. We had a bunch of different tools we used for compliance and data checks and they made everything connect in a cleaner way so we are not doing the same task twice. Sthenos provided us with a set of skilled engineers who blended into our workflow pretty smoothly. They helped us with backend development, testing, and some of the integration tasks that were piling up on our roadmap. Their team handled bug fixes, built new features, and also improved parts of our older codebase so it ran more stable. They joined our sprint meetings, collaborated with our internal engineers, and made sure their work matched our standards. They also helped us set up a cleaner development structure so our future work would be easier to manage.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The impact was easy to see. Our backlog dropped by a big margin within the first couple of weeks. Release cycles got shorter because we finally had enough hands to move things forward. Our testing time improved too since the team from Sthenos caught issues early. We were able to deliver a couple of delayed features that clients had been waiting for. Productivity across the team went up because the pressure wasn’t all on our internal staff anymore.

What impressed me most is how fast their people blended in. It didn’t feel like we were working with a separate team. They act like part of the company and really care about the product. They also have strong technical knowledge but they explain things in a simple way which helped our non-technical staff stay in the loop. They’re honest, focused, and they actually deliver real value instead of just sending people to fill seats

Are there any areas for improvement or something Sthenos Technologies could have done differently?

If anything maybe a bit more onboarding support for new engineers when they join would help speed things up even more. But overall the experience was very good. They helped us get back on track and eased a lot of the pressure on our internal team. We’re already thinking about bringing them in for future projects because the partnership worked really well for us.

In addition, they built a doctor-patient appointment booking system designed to reduce administrative workload and improve daily operations. The project included system design, development, integration, testing, and rollout across the hospital.

The impact was clear almost immediately. Patient flow and appointment coordination improved dramatically, and our doctors can now retrieve patient histories in seconds. The automated booking system has saved our staff several hours each week, and the integrated SMS reminders have noticeably reduced missed appointments.
The system continues to perform smoothly, even during peak OPD hours, and we’ve received positive feedback from both staff and patients regarding the convenience and ease of use.
