What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our efficiency and productivity have been significantly higher because I can do other projects while Stellar Staffing takes care of our bookkeeping needs. The bookkeeper they’ve assigned to me has been fantastic. If she has any questions on anything, she always asks me.

How did Stellar Staffing, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve met our deadlines and stayed on budget. We communicate through WhatsApp and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The bookkeeper has impressed me the most. I’ve been hesitant to hire a virtual assistant, but if I could have 100 of the bookkeeper they’ve given me, I’d do it over and over again.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Communicate with the virtual assistant, and hire someone who has significant experience relevant to your needs. In my case, I’ve purposely hired the most expensive virtual assistant with the highest quality. She has experience in what we do, so the engagement has been great.
