Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a senior content strategist at HireAHelper, an online marketplace that connects customers with trusted local moving companies. We offer reviews and support while helping moving businesses find clients and manage disputes.

What challenge were you trying to address with Stellar Content?

We needed help scaling content creation across our site.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Stellar Content creates content for us based on a delivered spec, edits the content, and delivers it to us. The team also provides edits to the content if we send it back for some reason. The content is mostly blog posts, but we’re also working on geo landing pages and content for geo-specific landing pages.

What is the team composition?

We work with 2–5 teammates from Stellar Content.

How did you come to work with Stellar Content?

I’ve worked with them in the past, so I had a good working relationship with the team and knew that I could count on them to provide decent quality work at a decent price.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Overall, our blog performance is up. I attribute this to a lot of the things we’re doing on our end, but Stellar Content is writing good content for us, which is helpful. The team adheres to the changes we put in place and the briefs we give, so they’ve been very flexible in working with our requirements. We’ve added a lot of new requirements to improve the quality of our content, and Stellar Content has done a good job working within those requirements.
Fulfilling the requirements has led to an increase in blog performance.Moreover, our internal stakeholders have indicated that Stellar Content does a good job with the content assignments. Overall, they meet my expectations rather than exceed them.

How did Stellar Content perform from a project management standpoint?

Stellar Content consistently delivers on time. We communicate via in-person meetings and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Stellar Content is willing to be creative, meet our needs, and figure out solutions. They always say yes when I ask if we can try something differently. The team is always willing to think outside the box and help meet our needs. I really feel like they value me as a customer and are willing to do whatever they can to support us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything specific. I’ve tried using them for content strategy and other things, and that didn’t work out. However, that’s not a core need that I have for them. Overall, they’re doing what we need.
