I’m the business development head of a digital marketing company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Statzy Market Research?

I’ve been in the digital marketing field for 6–7 years. I wanted to start my own business, so I needed to know the analytics and status of the Asia-Pacific market. I contacted Statzy Market Research so they could send me a report on the digital marketing software market and also digital marketing analytics.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Statzy Market Research provided information about the Asia-Pacific market, including the key players and some statistics on their companies. That way, my investors could take a deeper look into the report and define if it was a good idea to start the company. We wanted to get a wide sample of the market, so we bought the report after 20 days of research. They were constantly in communication with us, and they got to know about what we were actually looking for.

We worked with two people, but the main point of contact was a person from the business development department.

How did you come to work with Statzy Market Research?

We were looking online for reports and websites with the analytics that we needed.

We had tried with other companies but didn’t receive the reports. With Statzy Market Research, we sent our samples and received an answer two days after. After a week, the report was ready on our email.

We invested $2,000 on the report.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them from November 2020–January 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

That report told us that we should invest in a digital marketing company and start a full-fledged operation. Right now, we have a team of 17 and were totally dependent on that report to start our operations. 

How did Statzy Market Research perform from a project management standpoint?

All of the communication was through emails and LinkedIn. We also did some Google Meet calls when our project hadn’t started yet. After Statzy Market Research sent the report, they called us to explain some parts of the sample. They showed us a table of contents and explained the benefits of the market. They also told me that they were open to more discussions if we wanted to, and they kept checking on us every 10–15 days. They also tried to show us reports from other publishers they had available.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We had sent our query to other publishers, however only Statzy Market Research wrote a proposal on time. That's impressive because of the level of insight they gave us and all the analytics it covered. It seemed like it would take a lot of time for them to gather that information. However, they were able to deliver everything faster than expected. They did a great job of getting the information that we were looking for.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could probably put more work into their UX and website. In December, when we were looking for the website again, we couldn't find it. We were taken aback that the website disappeared.

Any advice for potential customers?

If you have any customer requirements or need somebody to be in constant contact with you that would get the information criteria that you require, Statzy Market Research is probably the best option.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO of an upcoming company in Hyderabad. We were looking to start our pharma company by testing two main chemicals involved in the process and their global usage.

Our upcoming pharma company needed substantial data about the raw products we were using to come up with a new medical product.

We hired Statzy Market Research to look for its global usage and trade. Any restrictions around its usage and its sale in the consumer market.

We looked for them online and found their website ranking on the report of that particular chemical

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

We had an initial call first with their Business Development head and she guided us towards their research partner who have their network spread wide across the country and globally.

In the second meeting we worked on the approach and the commercials. They were kind enough to accommodate our budget requirements. The kick-off call did take some time after that as they were engaged in another project.

As we proceeded there were several calls before their executives began the fieldwork. All questionnaires were shared with us beforehand and we then executed the complete activity phase by phase.

Payments we 50-50 before and after completion respectively.

What was the team composition?

I coordinated closely with their business development head and the research partners team. There were 4 other field executives.

Three juniors collated the complete report towards the end of the project. Also had a billing team to handle payments.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have now received a clear vision of our upcoming project. This research helped us develop a pitch deck for our investors and furthermore attract them towards the success of this particular product predicted in the report presented by Statzy Market Research

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Periodic meetings and when needed were called in from both ends. Their team and our team were in tandem throughout the project until completion.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their involvement in the tasks in a personalized manner and professionalism that made no compromises. Guidance towards better and money-saving options over expensive ones.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Our team wanted to have conversations over the phone much but they insisted on emails being highly professional
