State Line Foundries is a jobbing foundry producing a wide variety of iron castings weighing up to 2,500 lbs. We primarily produce castings to gray and ductile iron standards but also pour alloys such as austempered ductile iron, high silicon moly and customer-specific alloys. We combine technical expertise, vast experience, the latest technologies, and structured processes to deliver quality castings on time from our two separate foundries located about five miles apart.
Our specialties are prototypes and low-to-medium volume production including replacement/service parts. We work closely with our customers to solve complex problems such as meeting time-critical delivery deadlines.
