Startup coach based in Amsterdam. I work with early-stage founders — typically pre-seed through Series A — who are brilliant at building products but hitting the ceiling of leading people.

Most of my clients didn't plan to become managers. They started a company. And somewhere between the first hire and the fifth, the thing they're least prepared for isn't the market — it's themselves. That's where I come in.

My approach combines ICF-accredited co-active coaching (CTI), somatic experiencing (SEP Advanced), and first-hand startup experience. I've been a founder. I co-founded Red je Pakketje, the Dutch same-day delivery startup later acquired by Instabox, other startups in Berlin like cartmi.com and led digital teams at Philips. I know what it actually feels like to build something from nothing, to fight for your vision in a boardroom, and to fail at leading people you care about.

I work with founders on: finding their leadership voice as the team grows, having the hard conversations with co-founders and early hires, staying regulated under pressure, making decisions without complete information, and building the kind of culture that retains great people.

This isn't generic executive coaching repackaged for startups. It's grounded in what the early stages actually demand: speed, ambiguity, high stakes, and constant identity pressure.
