Standing Draft gives architects, interior designers and contractors a drafting team on a flat monthly subscription. We produce CAD and Revit drawings in your template: floor plans, as-builts and existing-conditions models, redlines and sheet setup, permit-set drafting from your architect's or engineer's markups, and 2D color floor plans. 3D floor plans and renderings are available on request.
A US-based project lead answers for every delivery, and our design lead is an NCIDQ-certified interior designer. We never bill by the hour, and plans start at $1,495 a month with no long-term contract. We do not stamp or certify drawings. Your licensed professional does.
New clients can try us risk-free: send one floor plan and we return a watermarked first draft within 3 business days of receiving complete files. You only pay if you approve it. Limited to our first 10 clients.
