What was the scope of their involvement?

I had a legal issue with a customer that claimed we’d lost their property. So, I brought on Stallion Attorneys to help me settle the case. They helped me set up processes to document customers’ properties so that new customers can’t raise legal action against me if they lose their property.

I was referred to Stallion Attorneys by someone who said Stallion Attorneys could help me.

I paid $600 for their services.  

What is the status of this engagement?

Stallion Attorneys worked for us from June–July 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The new processes that Stallion Attorneys helped establish are great. Now my customers must document their property before and after they embark on trips with us. I am grateful for Stallion Attorneys.

Stallion Attorneys delivered on time and met all my deadlines. We communicated through emails and phone calls.

Their biggest strength is their creativity, which is shown through the scope of the solutions they provide. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

When I went to their offices, I realized they didn’t have great customer care.

Customers need to know what they want from the partnership and need to provide all the correct information they need.
