The Staffgroup story begins in London in 2003 with the idea of ​​building a different kind of recruitment company in the IT industry. With its own spirit and an individual corporate culture: personal and authentic. human-centric. Our headquarters have been in Berlin since 2013 and we have developed further future topics as focus areas. In addition to an established focus within information technology, we built specialist teams in the Property & Construction area and in the strategic Human Resources division.

In 2021 we laid the foundation for the future. With the intensive work on the orientation and strategy for our group of companies, we have set ourselves the goal of positively influencing the lives of our candidates, customers and employees.

Due to personal recommendations, references, marketing campaigns, events and simply good work, we have been able to build up an impressive network since our foundation. Today we have an extensive pool of applicants and enjoy an excellent reputation among our customers. Thanks to our comprehensive industry know-how, we can offer a qualitative AND personal service for our business partners.

Designing the first climate-neutral recruitment process is a further step towards our goal of being sustainable in every area.
