What was the scope of their involvement?

Staff Arabia supplies us with the number of talents we need across all our restaurants and runs our payroll for those resources. We provide them with complete job descriptions for each role, and they launch a sourcing process based on our qualifications. After shortlisting our preferred set of candidates, our team takes over the final interviews, and Staff Arabia leads the onboarding phase.

We're currently working on automating Staff Arabia's payroll channels to streamline their processes and accommodate more staffing pipelines.

I’m an HR business partner at inDriver. We’re a Middle-Eastern company developing a ride-sharing and courier app similar to Uber.

It took us some time to create a legal entity, and we needed to stabilize our recruitment processes. For this, we turned to Staff Arabia.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Staff Arabia is handling our payroll and all of our legal and personnel filing. We’ve yet to use them for recruitment.

We’re working with a personnel supervisor and specialist, a payroll supervisor and specialist, a business developer, and a group resourcing manager.

We searched the market and decided to go with Staff Arabia when we saw a lot of positive reviews for their agency.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Staff Arabia in July 2021, and our partnership is ongoing. We will start assigning recruitment to Staff Arabia in 2022, and we might require some more services from them along the way.

Staff Arabia has this mindset that everything can be achieved with a simple discussion. Whatever service we want, as long as we talk about it with them, they will accommodate us.

How did Staff Arabia perform from a project management standpoint?

They helped us navigate some processes that were unusual to us. We don’t pay salaries twice a month in our market, so they helped us set that up. There were also legal requirements to pay taxes and social insurance each month. These were hard to process at first, but we did it without any delays for the staff.

They’re client-oriented, and they go the extra mile to support us with whatever we need.

There are none. For now, their services are acceptable from our side.
