Stackzeno was responsible for designing and developing the TimeGate platform from the ground up. The scope included UI/UX design, frontend and backend development, database structure, admin dashboard, employee management, attendance tracking, live check-in/check-out functionality, shifts, leaves, payroll, reports, branch setup, warnings, notifications, user roles, and system settings.

The main deliverables were a complete web-based workforce management platform, a clean and easy-to-use dashboard, secure user access, core HR and attendance features, reporting tools, and a scalable system structure that can support multiple branches and future improvements.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project successfully delivered a complete working platform with all core modules in place, including employee management, live attendance, shifts, leaves, payroll, reports, branches, warnings, notifications, and user roles. Stackzeno helped turn the idea into a functional product with a clean dashboard, organized workflows, and a scalable structure ready for real business use. The main success was moving from concept to a usable system that can manage daily workforce operations more efficiently and reduce manual HR and attendance work.

Stackzeno managed the project in an organized and responsive way. They communicated clearly throughout the process, shared updates, listened to our feedback, and made adjustments when needed. Are there any areas for improvement or something Stackzeno could have done differently?

Overall, we were satisfied with Stackzeno’s work and the final result. One area for improvement would be providing more frequent progress previews or milestone summaries during development, so we could review features earlier and give feedback faster. Other than that, they were responsive, professional, and delivered what we needed.

Users can also make their profiles public so others can see their favorite places, ratings, reviews, and photos.

The project included the full development and launch of DishDash’s digital platform, covering the website, mobile app, and admin dashboard. Stackzeno handled the design, development, and technical setup needed to bring the platform to life, including key features such as restaurant discovery, map-based ratings, friend recommendations, user reviews, uploaded images, public profiles, and backend management tools. 
The scope also included ongoing social media content creation and management to build awareness, explain the platform, and support user growth. In addition, Stackzeno supported SEO, AEO, and AIO to improve DishDash’s visibility across search engines, answer engines, and AI-powered discovery platforms.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project delivered 100% of the core DishDash platform scope, including the website, mobile app, and admin dashboard. Key product features were completed, such as map-based restaurant discovery, friend ratings, user reviews, image uploads, public profiles, and backend management tools. 
Stackzeno also supported DishDash’s growth setup, with social media content management improving brand presence by around 60%, while SEO, AEO, and AIO foundations helped improve online discoverability by around 40%. Overall, the project moved DishDash from an early-stage idea to a live, usable platform with the digital, content, and visibility tools needed to attract users and grow over time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Stackzeno could have done differently?

Stackzeno did a strong job overall, but one area that could have been improved is having a more structured process for updates, priorities, and timelines. Since the project included several parts, including the website, app, dashboard, social media, SEO, AEO, and AIO, it would have helped to have clearer milestone tracking and more regular progress summaries. This would make it easier to follow what was completed, what was in progress, and what needed final approval.
