The outcome of the project was impressive, the content provided was of the highest quality and gave our new website the tone and quality we set out to achieve. Although we are still in the early stages, we have already seen an increase in conversion rates, as well as a decrease in our bounce rates.

We were looking for content creation and repurposing services and came across Stablli.

1. Started by testing out a couple of topics to try to update existing content and optimize it
2. included repurposing existing content for other channels and platforms
3. Scaled it up to do both parts and now it's pretty automated. We provide topics and reference pages and Stablli handles the rest.

We communicate directly with the owner, Ana-Maria.

We have seen and increase in backlinks and guest post placements. And because of the nature of optimized content, we are also seeing that we rank for far more keywords.

We send a list of topics as needed, and within a couple of weeks we get them all sent back in a google drive so it's a pretty seamless round of communication.

They communicate well, and are more than willing to make additional edits for no added cost. They work until you are happy with the result.

Might be useful to have an actual project management flow that they support, but for now not much.

I’m the owner and founder of WP Harbor. We provide technical web support to small businesses in five core areas: web design and development, SEO, website domain, and email management.

Stablli helps us produce on-site SEO content, specifically blog posts, to feed websites with keywords, helping our clients rank higher on search results. We typically provide them with titles, topics, and subheadings for the articles they write, as well as with specific items we want them to cover within their content. However, we sometimes also ask them for topic ideas, for which they provide us with various options to choose from.

What is the team composition?

We work directly with a writing manager, who manages a team of writers. However, I don’t know how many writers they have on their team.

I don’t remember how we originally found Stablli, but I believe that we simply found their website. However, we’ve continued working with them because they’re awesome.

We’ve spent $5,000–$10,000.

We started working together in September 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

Stablli has been a critical part of our team, and they’re essential to our success in getting our clients to rank on the top Google search results.

How did Stablli perform from a project management standpoint?

Regarding their performance, Stablli is hands down the best group of writers I’ve ever worked with, which is why I continue working with them. They offer very fast turnaround times, and their work is very concise.

Stablli does a great job of producing high-quality content quickly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. Although one time we wanted to do things differently from what we had been doing, the writing manager got together with me to create a change plan that was later executed swiftly. Stablli even executed that plan retroactively, revisiting and rewriting the last 10 articles they had produced based on our new plan. I was very thrilled with their service because they didn’t have to do that.

Stablli is very responsive to their client's needs, so it is the clients’ responsibility to communicate those needs clearly. Make sure that they have a clear picture of what you need them to produce, and if they don’t get it immediately, be open about it. They perform well as long as the client’s expectations are clearly defined.
