Noting the myriad of parallels, but about a 20-year lag between the markets, Ken sought to apply the lessons and growth patterns witnessed in San Diego to the Austin market – starting by purchasing property in Austin in 2004. He found that his theory was holding true and sought to empower others here in Austin by building a boutique brokerage firm called St. Croix Capital Advisors, a sister company to St. Croix Capital Corp.
