Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Scope of Work: We were closing clients faster than we could deliver the work. Rather than hire internally, we brought Spurtech in to run the entire fulfilment side, every role, inside our systems, under our brand. 

Key Deliverables: The GHL VA rebuilt our CRM from scratch. Pipelines, automations, onboarding sequences, done in the first week. Our appointment setter booked 8 to 12 discovery calls weekly through LinkedIn and email outreach, which directly filled our sales calendar for three months straight. 

Four client social media accounts ran without us touching them. Video turnaround sat consistently at 24 hours. The media buyer took one client's Meta ROAS from 2.1x to 4.3x over 90 days, that account alone covered the cost of the entire team. 

The AI automation VA built n8n workflows that cut 15 hours of manual reporting off our week. SEO and content VAs ran blog output and link building across four accounts in parallel. 

We took on four new retainer clients that quarter. No new full-time hires. No management overhead. Revenue grew 60% and the team handled every bit of delivery that made it possible.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Revenue grew 60% in the first quarter after Spurtech took over delivery. We closed four new retainer clients without adding a single full-time employee to the payroll.

The appointment setter generated 8 to 12 qualified discovery calls per week consistently from week two onwards. Before Spurtech, we were booking two to three calls a week through manual outreach we were doing ourselves. 

Meta ROAS on our highest-spend client account moved from 2.1x to 4.3x over 90 days. That one result covered the cost of the entire Spurtech team and then some. 

The n8n automation workflows the AI VA built saved 15 hours of manual reporting work per week across our team. That time went directly into client strategy and new business.

Video turnaround held at 24 hours throughout the engagement. We stopped losing content momentum on client accounts because delivery was no longer the bottleneck.

CRM conversion rate on our own pipeline improved 34% once the GHL VA cleaned up our workflows and automated the follow-up sequences. Leads that previously went cold started converting.

Spurtech assigned a dedicated account manager from day one and every morning we had a status update in Slack before we'd even started our day. Delivery was on time across every role throughout the entire engagement, including weeks where we scaled from four client accounts to eight overnight. When we flagged an issue with one VA's communication style, it was resolved the same day without us needing to follow up.

What stood out most was that we were never actually managing them. Every other time we had worked with freelancers, quality control and chasing updates ate a chunk of every week. With Spurtech that overhead simply didn't exist. The work arrived, it was good, and we moved on.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The managed model is what separates Spurtech from every other option we tried. Most VA platforms hand you a person and leave you to figure out the rest. Spurtech handled everything from matching and onboarding to daily management and quality control, and we never felt any of that friction on our end. The 48 hour turnaround from first call to a full team live inside our systems is genuinely unlike anything else in the market. We've worked with agencies that took three weeks just to onboard a single hire. Spurtech had an entire delivery team operational before our next client call.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Spurtech could have done differently?

Onboarding documentation could be more detailed upfront. In the first week we found ourselves answering similar setup questions across a few different team members, which added a little back and forth we hadn't expected. A more consolidated onboarding form at the start would have tightened that up. That said, once the team was fully up to speed the communication became seamless. It was a minor friction point in week one of a six month engagement that delivered real results, so it sits in perspective.
