What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• The primary deliverable produced by Spoken Frame is our #1 performing social media content so far (https://www.instagram.com/p/CtuXzz3sh7e/). 
• In-store sales have risen approximately 10-15% since publishing the content produced by Spoken Frame. 
• We still have more footage and audio from Spoken Frame to use in future content. 
• Based on the performance of the primary deliverable, we expect this to be highly valuable and to drive even more increase in in-store sales.

Communication and project management were excellent. The former was performed largely in person, with some email. They did an awesome job of asking questions that allowed them to understand our goals and needs and subsequently allowed them to execute their roles in pursuit of those. 

Our ideal timelines were very tight, and we were open with Spoken Frame about being flexible if they weren't achievable, but they blew our expectations out of the water by delivering a couple of hours ahead of even our most optimistic schedule. Absolutely outstanding experience working with them!

We hired Spoken Frame Media to help us film a testimonial video at a doctor's office in Madison, WI. Our goal was to capture a meaningful interview with lots of office b-roll and beauty shots.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked online for local crews in Madison, WI. We decided on choosing Spoken Frame Media due to their fair pricing and expertise/experience shooting testimonial videos.

We started with a discovery call going over our needs for the production and what we wished to capture. We were sent a quote for the work, confirmed the production quote, and met once more to go over the schedule for the day along with some background on the interviewee.

We met on the set of the production and captured all of the content needed within the timeframe originally proposed. I was able to transfer the media on site, however, Spoken Frame offers easy media transfer via google drive if needed.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I worked with Wesley and his assistant Patrick. They were both so essential in the success of the production.

We have more than enough footage to choose from and are excited to work on the project in post after a seamless transfer.

I am the Education & Communications Assistant at WCRGME. The Wisconsin Collaborative for Rural Graduate Medical Education (WCRGME) was established to address the shortage of rural primary care physicians through the expansion of rural graduate medical education (GME).

For what projects/services did your company hire Spoken Frame Media?

WCRGME hired Spoken Frame Media for a video production project that highlights rural training in Wisconsin. There were two phases to this project. The first phase was to create a video for each of the WI RTT residency programs; there are four:

Baraboo RTT Family Medicine Residency Program, Monroe Clinic Rural Family Medicine Residency Program, Aurora Rural Family Medicine Residency Program, and HealthPartners Western Wisconsin Rural Family Medicine Residency Program.

The residency programs themselves are able to use the videos for the 2020 virtual residency recruitment season that they are currently experiencing due to COVID-19. Often, the rural residency program budgets are limited and they are not able to participate in a projects like this.

The second phase of this project was to create a video about rural training & practice in WI. Three sites were selected for this video based upon recommendations that we received and past experiences with GME training.

Those sites include: Upland Hills Health Hospital & Clinics, Dodgeville, Door County Medical Center, Sturgeon Bay, and Memorial Medical Center, Ashland. We will continue to share this video with medical students interested in learning more about rural healthcare in the future.

What were your goals for this project?

Our main goal for this project was to highlight rural training in Wisconsin. Additionally, our goal was to share the videos with medical students interested in rural healthcare to increase their awareness.

Once we selected Spoken Frame Media, they worked with us to understand our company and goals of this extensive project. We created a schedule for traveling to the different filming locations, and a deadline for completion of the videos. In the end, we were given 5 videos.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Spoken Frame provided a 2 person film crew that included a gaffer. We worked together throughout the planning stages of the video. They worked alongside us to make sure our interview questions went along with our goals for the project. After filming, we were able to review the rough drafts and offer feedback on them.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After giving the video to each of the 4 WI RTT residency programs, we received large amounts of positive feedback. Within a month of launching the videos on YouTube, our most popular video has over 600 views.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Wes was easy to communicate with and provided us with frequent updates on our videos. Wes stuck with the timeline and allowed us to comment directly on the draft of each video to give feedback.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Overall, I was the most impressed with how Wes really wanted to learn about the goals of our company so he had a solid background to create our videos. Because Wes went above and beyond to learn about our goals for this project he was able to help us with interview questions and put together quality videos with little editing help from my team.
