What was the scope of their involvement?

Spiralcode Innovates handled the end-to-end ERPNext implementation, including business process analysis, system configuration, customization, data migration, and user training. The main deliverables included a fully configured ERP system covering finance, inventory, sales, purchasing, HR, and reporting, along with custom workflows, dashboards, and post-implementation support. 
Spiralcode Innovates customized multiple ERPNext modules to align with our specific business workflows. This included tailored finance and accounting processes, customized inventory and procurement workflows, sales and CRM automation, and HR-related configurations. They also developed custom reports, dashboards, approval workflows, and validation rules to match our operational and compliance requirements.

Month-end financial closing time was reduced by around 30%, and inventory discrepancies dropped by nearly 40% due to better system controls and automation.
