Spej is an AI consulting and implementation firm headquartered in Chicago with an office in Atlanta. Spej's core offering is the AI Office: a retained monthly partnership that gives operations-heavy mid-market and enterprise companies executive-level AI leadership and continuous delivery — strategy, governance, and execution — without the cost or delay of a full-time hire.

Each engagement includes governance framework design, biweekly leadership sessions, monthly executive briefings, tool and vendor evaluation, AI roadmap ownership, and one active initiative shipped every month in 2–4 week sprints.
