Spectrum Property Management manages all types of family housing from single family homes to condos and town homes. We also provide complete management services for Homeowners Associations and Commercial units. Our services include: An annual inspection of each unit. Placing ads, showing the house, screening applicants, income verification and personal reference and rental history checks. Rent collection and disbursement to owner. We can pay authorized bills and set up Landlord Agreements where available for utility companies. A Credit Memo statement is sent to you accounting for all monies received and disbursed with Invoices for any amounts paid on the owner’s behalf. We also offer direct deposit to property owners instead of mailed checks.
