BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the content manager for a telemedicine platform. The site offers four services to patients: video consultations with doctors, home visits with doctors, home visits with physiotherapists, and home lab services.

What challenge were you trying to address with Twelve Unicorns?

We needed help with video production and branding.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Twelve Unicorns has produced two video tutorials and motion graphics. The videos are each one minute long and guide users through how to use the platform. We gave Twelve Unicorns access to the app and showed them through the process. Their team handled everything from there, including writing the scripts.

They’ve also created custom photos for our campaigns and a splash screen for our application. We finished our most recent projects with them, but we have a pending project to make a commercial review with Twelve Unicorns once we work through some bugs in the platform.

We work with three people, including an account manager.
