I was just starting my business and wanted to learn more about the industry and e-commerce.

First, they helped me classify my business legally as an LLC. From there, I learned how to leverage social media for monetization and start my own website. I also learned how to handle marketing through social media and advertising on the Internet. They taught me all about how to start and grow my business, helping me to understand things I didn’t know before.

I worked with several different teachers, each specializing in a different vertical of service.

I found them through an advertisement while looking for opportunities to better monetize my company.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together since January 2018. At the start of 2019, I paused with their services for a while because my business was doing well. We later connected and resumed our collaboration.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Their program changed my life. I was able to access tons of resources and learn how to grow my business myself. That way, I always had information to refer to. Their services are very unique, engaging clients outside of their online resources. I was able to learn from experts in the field who have succeeded in growing businesses.  

How did Spectacular Academy perform from a project management standpoint?

They provide one-on-one calls, but I was able to learn what I needed through their online portfolio of resources. Their teachers were effective enough to each me how to generate $30,000 from essentially nothing within a year. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They go out of their way to engage people outside of their online lessons. I appreciated knowing that they were truly there to help. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I enjoyed my experience and didn’t notice any flaws.

Keep up with their program because their instructors have the experience and want you to succeed. You’ll always be able to get help and be supportive.

I’m the founder and CEO of a company that creates a skincare product for moms.

They helped me create an online brand and monetize the product through digital channels.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I’m enrolled in their coaching program and school. They teach clients the fundamentals of building a business from the ground up. In that process, they helped start my social media presence, handle branding, design logos, and move to get my product to launch presentably online.

They established the brand and created mailing lists that allow me to communicate with those who are already engaged with our company. I’m prepared for my launch date in a few months. We’re setting up the launch and subsequent campaigns together.

I work with about four people, specializing in digital marketing, content, influencer marketing, and business.

I have a friend who worked with their agency before, and they came highly recommended. They were a reputable company with impressive references, so I decided to sign up. After joining a webinar through an ad I found online, the choice was a no-brainer.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I don’t think I’d be where I am today with the product without their help. In one year, they grew my social media following from zero to 52,000. They gave me the ability to become a pro at social media and cultivate a brand that can compete with much larger companies. I have the formula to be successful and am confident that the launch will go very well. Their support has been phenomenal.

How did Spectacular Academy perform from a project management standpoint?

Through their coaching program, I’m able to work with them one-on-one to ask them questions and discuss challenges. They’re patient, thoughtful, and trusting in that process. They’ve been willing to walk me through processes when I stumble. Timelines have been simple because they’re always working according to deadlines and are super transparent. I appreciate their CEO jumping on a few calls with me to provide me with golden nuggets of advice.  

They’re constantly keeping track of my progress, informing me on our calls as to whether or not I’m ready to take the next step in my business plan. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their teammates are knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They’re committed to and passionate about seeing clients succeed. They truly are helping people become entrepreneurs.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They have a great system and are always asking for feedback to improve themselves. They do a really good job of staying innovative.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Don’t let your mind talk you out of trying their services. I took a leap of faith, and it really worked out for me. If you’re not happy, you’re able to be refunded in the first 15 days. However, if you do the work, you’ll be successful with them.

We’re a passionate organization, and I wanted to communicate with the world on social media. I wanted to turn our passion into an impactful, wide-reaching social media presence.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Their team was a close consultant in getting me familiar with building my brand’s presence on Facebook and Instagram. They’ve been key in optimizing my digital social media presence without having to lose any of the intensity or flair. Experienced in organic growth, they determined what would translate well through data and formulas. 

Starting from the beginning, we aimed to build up the company brand. That involved logos and aesthetic conversations about how the profile should look. They also covered how to attract followers and reach out to people online.

They’re very knowledgeable about the industry. Before working with them, I didn’t participate in social media at all. By implementing their strategies, I was able to build a following more smoothly than I would otherwise. I had an idea, but they were able to bring that to life through online engagement. I’m pleased with the results because I’m already receiving traffic. The more I implement their recommendations, the better it will be.

They’re always there for me, willing to help and demonstrate patience. We communicate through their communication systems, and I’ve never had an issue communicating with them.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were willing to listen to my vision and work with it, taking a very hands-on role in collaborating with me. They’re invested in my success and genuinely want by business to do well. The team is accessible and always able to answer questions, which is a service we couldn’t get just anywhere. I never felt alone in the process.

No, I can’t think of anything. They’re strong all around.

They’re great at helping to promote and market business. However, you need to understand the value add and mission of your business. They’ll be able to take it from there.
