He has delivered on all intermediate benchmarks in a timely manner. Jesse is highly responsive to our needs. 

He quickly assimilated the nature of our unique business, assessed our existing content and SEO data, and formulated a plan to revitalize our SEO strategy. In addition, when we were unable to find a developer for our Joomla-based website, he found a developer to convert our site to WordPress who has so far exceeded our expectations. When we decided to update our brand, Jesse recommended a great graphic designer.

Actually the payment for service was something we didn't even discuss, we got to work on the first call. Now we have monthly calls where we present the work we did and results and Jesse provides recommendations.After every call, my team is clear on what needs to be done and thrilled to know SpearPoint's work brings results. After each call I get a summary of what was discussed and completed, which helps me evaluate our efforts.
