The customized work & on-time execution. Keegan and his team do not rely on "cookie-cutter" strategies. All the work done by his team has been built around a customized strategy for our store and product suite. Along with that, they are always showing up on time to meetings, completing work on time or ahead of time, and always optimizing their work to continue to improve & grow results.

I'm the owner/founder of a boutique consultancy and coaching business outside the Washington DC area in the US.

For what projects/services did your company hire Sparklite Digital, and what were your goals?

I was getting very few individual coaching leads from my website. I enjoy writing on my blog and put a lot of energy into my site, so I wanted it to perform better in supporting my business.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found Keegan McMullin on a site for freelancers and liked him immediately. He had a good handle on digital marketing basics and had good ideas about how my site could perform better. Great decision. No regrets.

Sparklite discovered some keywords I was ranking well for and we concentrated on building a lead gen pipeline on the site (leveraging video and personal calls) and boosting those keywords. Within about 6 months, my site started generating a solid lead stream and within a year (and currently) I get the majority of my converted leads from this source.

Sparklite has guided us in taking an iterative process. We set a goal for our SEO and then create content and email campaigns to support it. We explored some social advertising campaigns but did not find them as productive as SEO so they guided us to focus on what was working. They've also guided us in streamlining our email list management strategy.

We work primarily with Keegan McMullin and he sometimes will bring in a graphics vendor to support specific projects.

In the second year of our work together I realized that virtually 90% of my individual coaching clients were coming through the website lead gen structure Sparklite helped me build, and the ROI on their services was over 1000%.

We've been working together for a long time and have a good rhythm. We meet weekly and focus on one or two projects at a time. This helps manage the budget and the workload. The team was highly communicative and available via email between meetings.
