The requirements for the translations were simple but it turned into a challenge at some point. The documents needed to be split into different orders given that they were required for different purposes.
it included personal documents for legal purposes, such as birth certificate as well as academic translations for medical degree and certifications that included medical terminology. the goal was to obtain different translations as a split order from 1 originally joint one. Ultimately we were able to resolve the confusion and to proceed.

Primarily the dates stipulated for its delivery as well as the constant communication from the team.

Representative from the project Edgar personally took care of receiving my requests for the order, being the splitting of the documents and notarization. at first it was difficult to put out the exact details of what my order was and the special needs it required. The misunderstanding cause by the continuity in the chain of communication was resolved later on and at the end we were able to clear the confusion and they were able to deliver exactly what I needed.
I'm grateful for the personalized help I received and how Edgar and the rest of the team were able to fulfill my needs for the project.

It was very easy to find and trust them, compared to other companies you don't feel unsure of them when contacting and starting a project with them.

Everything can be improved, but I'm very satisfied with outcome of the project. Maybe communication could be easier to maintain if it wasn't mostly through email but that's a personal preference. I was contacted via phone call in many occasions so that helped greatly.
