- AI strategy consultations: a workflow audit and a prioritised roadmap.
How we work: a discovery call maps your customer journey, we scope what to automate first (and what not to), build and test against realistic scenarios, run a monitored soft launch, then review and tune every week. Typical builds go live in two to five weeks.
Results from named clients: The School of Raya saw about 30% more campus walk-ins and a 45% higher call pickup rate. Fabro Textiles opened Germany as a new export market within six months.
