Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder of a new health tech platform we are buiiding a state of the art web platform that encompasses blood, DNA tests with connected devices and skin analysis.

For what projects/services did your company hire Spaceberry Studio?

We hired Spaceberry to work with us closely on the UX/UI side and to own this part of the implementation while working with a technical team. We wanted to create something very special and also maybe not seen before so we need to stretch the imagination further than maybe working with a UX/UI person who worked for the developer

How did you select this vendor?

I searched around clutch we had used some of the most expensive out there for the first part of the project but looking at Spaceberry work, I felt they could do something similar for a third of the price. Equally they had an individual who had experience in the medical field before.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We had already done the first part of the project with a previous vendor; however, at this point, we had one mockup of a dashboard and one page. Spaceberry took the project over, and the designer worked closely with me to build a web-based product, including many admin panels that are not seen. They have been involved in everything from the plumbing to the facade. More importantly, they have been highly agile and adaptable. They have also taken on the role of communicating directly with the developers and liaising with ourselves.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have worked with the project manager Mila, and Tetiana, the leading designer, and continue to do so as they make our ideas a reality. Also included are a team of 10-12 from the development agency. A creative designer (branding) and tech lead. They are responsible for all the UX and UI design, turning the creative designers' work and my ideas into Figma.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

So far, so good the designs are being executed by the developers in react, some of the designs I would say we're pretty complex, but they have been able to understand and execute everything to date.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicate on slack they are always available for a chat and huddle. It has been very symbiotic and iterative. They are willing to push back if they think an idea is bad but are also willing to accept and try new ideas.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Just their ability to understand what we are trying to do and quickly put these ideas in place. Nothing is too much trouble always available, and I come up with some very clever ideas; I have enjoyed working with them very much. They are hard-working and very reliable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I have been thrilled with them. We plan to continue to work with them on this project and, hopefully, future iterations. I highly recommend them as a viable alternative to the expensive UK and USA brands.

What challenge were you trying to address with Spaceberry Studio?

We asked Spaceberry to design our app designs from scratch. The designs were not at the level we wanted. But the CEO of Spaceberry Studio resolved this issue by taking control of the situation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The original project was to realize the dating app designs from scratch. Regarding the problem we had, the CEO of the company was diligent and kind to resolve the situation. They eventually proved to be a professional and reliable company.

What is the team dynamic?

They are very good at communication, polite and professional.

How did you come to work with Spaceberry Studio?

We saw their work on Behance. After contacting them, we decided to work.

How much have you invested with them?

We agreed on the whole project for 3850 dollars. We made a $1000 down payment. When the project was cancelled, the CEO of the company refunded all the down payment we paid. This has proven that they are reliable.

What is the status of this engagement?

Although there was a communication breakdown at the beginning a bit, the whole problem was resolved professionally in the end.

They are very understanding, professional and courteous in communication. You can trust them.

How did Spaceberry Studio address the challenges that arose?

The CEO of the company took control of the situation. They tried to help us in a courteous and professional way.

It has been a different experience for us as well.

How was project management handled?

They realized their shortcomings in project management and corrected the situation.

Is there anything that the vendor did well or that you would consider a strength?

Professionals in communication. Kind and reliable company. There are successful design studies in many sectors.

In what specific areas can they improve?

The project management process could be more controlled.

What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?

There are very successful design studies in most sectors. As a result of this experience with Spaceberry, I realized that they are a truly reliable and worthwhile company to work with. I recommend Spaceberry.

Unfortunately, we did not have any successful work. It was a complete disappointment.

It definitely sucked. We understood that they never cared about our project.

At first, their promises and communication methods were successful, but I realized that they were all fake.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They must be a professional company. They should not deceive customers. They must be honest. They should learn design.
