Project management was smooth and well structured throughout. While the timeline was slightly extended, it remained well controlled and did not impact the overall success of the project. Rohail maintained a steady pace, was highly responsive to our needs, and communicated clearly at every stage. He was also proactive in addressing feedback, especially during the final adjustments to ensure everything met our expectations.

Overall, the experience was very positive. One area for improvement would be clearer communication around the budget and scope at the very beginning of the project. There was a brief misunderstanding early on, but it was quickly resolved, and communication became clear and well aligned afterward. Beyond that, the collaboration went smoothly and met our expectations.
