Space Tiger AI Systems

Space Tiger AI Systems builds AI systems that do real work inside small businesses. We wire them into the tools and information a team already uses, like email, calendars, CRMs, documents and spreadsheets, so they handle recurring work instead of waiting to be asked.

We usually start where time is being lost: invoices and payment follow-up, paperwork and data entry, inbox triage, lead follow-up, client onboarding, scheduling, reporting, and answering questions from a company's own documents.

Every engagement starts with a free discovery call. If there is a real opportunity, we write a fixed-price Blueprint that says what to build first and what it will take. Then we build it, spec first, and keep it running if you want us to.

We are careful by default. Anything consequential, like a message to a customer, can wait for a person to approve it. Our systems flag what they cannot answer instead of guessing, we connect with the least access the job needs, and if an off-the-shelf tool is the better answer, we tell you before you spend money on a build.

Our first production system is a private AI assistant for a US grant-writing and advisory consultancy. It answers from 3,346 of the firm's own documents, keeps each client's material separate, and checks for new files and email every few minutes.
