In The Space is a Dublin-based interior styling and home staging company that also offers access to trade services for property refurbishment. Claire founded the company as a one-stop shop solution for estate agents and clients in the rental and sales market.

Claire has a business background and over seven years’ experience as a fashion buyer for an Irish international retailer. She gained insight into the property market as a favour for a friend who needed a property dressed for sale on a small budget. Over the next year she saw the huge difference when investing in presale advice versus leaving a property empty and below standard. From improved marketing photos, more buyer interested and more often than not a better sales price for the agent, she knew there was an opportunity to move into this space and offer a complete package.

Claire's experience in the fast-paced industry of buying, both from an operational and design perspective, allows her to strategically look at each project and get the best outcome for the client.
