I started SC IT Support in 2000 because the IT firms I had worked for in the past just did not understand customer service and working as a team. When clients work with us they get a team of experts that care about our clients.
We require all of our techs to spend between 120-160 hours a year in training. I do not believe clients should pay for our techs education!
