SourceWell is a Prague based agency providing IT staff augmentation and recruitment across Europe. Founded in 2012, we place contract technical specialists inside client engineering teams on a day rate basis, and we recruit permanent staff through direct approach, executive search and contingency search.

Contract engagements are billed by days worked at an agreed day rate under a statement of work, so clients scale a technical team up or down without a permanent hire. Day rates range from 250 to 700 EUR, depending on seniority, technology stack, language requirements and working model (remote, hybrid, onsite or travelling). The lower part of the range covers service owners, project managers and mid-level engineers; the upper part covers solution architects and other senior specialists. 

Alongside staff augmentation we deliver executive search, contingency recruitment, recruitment process outsourcing, vendor managed solutions, outplacement and employer branding. We work across IT and technology, multilingual shared services, sales and marketing, HR and office services, finance and banking, supply chain and procurement, and engineering and scientific roles, delivering in the Czech Republic, Ireland, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, Hungary, Ukraine and Spain.
