Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Sourcewell project management was a standout part of the engagement. They set clear timelines from the outset and consistently delivered milestones on schedule, keeping us updated with regular check-ins and transparent progress reports along the way. When our needs shifted — whether it was adjusting priorities mid-project or responding to an urgent hiring need — their team adapted quickly without missing a beat. They were proactive about flagging potential roadblocks before they became issues, and always made themselves available to address questions or concerns. It felt less like managing a vendor and more like working alongside an extension of our own team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What truly set Sourcewell apart was their willingness to go beyond a standard engagement. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all playbook, they took the time to dig into the specifics of our business, our team dynamics, and even the nuances of our industry before recommending a single solution.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SourceWell s.r.o. could have done differently?

Earlier in the partnership, there were a few instances where information took slightly longer than expected to reach the right stakeholders on our end. Something completely understandable since we did not have mapped all list of stakeholders. To their credit, once we raised it, they responded quickly and adjusted their process. It's a minor note in an otherwise strong partnership, and reflects the natural growing pains of scaling a collaboration rather than any fundamental gap in their approach.
