The app should include all standard and advanced social networking features to ensure users can interact, share, and collaborate effortlessly. Below is a summary of the core features I expect:

The project demonstrated measurable progress and success through several key outcomes:

Feature Completion: All core functionalities outlined in the scope—including user profiles with privacy controls, timeline posting, real-time messaging, group creation, hunting journals, and scheduled events—were fully developed and integrated, meeting the original technical and design requirements.
User Engagement (Beta): During early testing, we onboarded a group of 100+ beta users, who actively used features such as timeline posts, chat, and journals. Engagement metrics showed an average session time of 12+ minutes, and over 70% of users returned within the first 3 days.
Performance Metrics: The app maintained a load time of under 2 seconds on average, and chat messages were delivered in real-time with <100ms latency, confirming system responsiveness.
Bug Resolution & QA: Through two rounds of QA, we reduced critical bugs by 95%, ensuring a stable release-ready version.

It’s rare to find a team that’s both highly skilled and collaborative, and that’s what made them stand out.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Souloftware could have done differently?

Overall, I was very satisfied with Souloftware’s work and professionalism. If I had to mention an area for improvement, it would be enhancing documentation during the development process. While the final product met expectations, having more detailed technical documentation along the way could have made future scaling and handovers even smoother. That said, they were always responsive when I needed clarification, and I appreciate their willingness to adapt to feedback.
