I’m the founder of Optomush, a logistics and transportation company. We help contractors identify, evaluate, and bid on route opportunities across large document-heavy procurement processes.

What challenge were you trying to address with Sophyx AI?

We needed to make thousands of unstructured documents searchable so our team could quickly find relevant contract information and respond to bids faster.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sophyx AI developed a platform for processing our scanned PDFs, contracts, and bid logs. They created a searchable system that helped our team quickly find relevant information and automate parts of our procurement workflow.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our manual work was reduced significantly. We reduced 70%–80% of our manual document processing. Our team was able to respond to bids within a few hours compared to days of endless back and forth.

How did Sophyx AI perform from a project management standpoint?

Sophyx AI delivered on time. They had effective communication to keep us in check. We communicated via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.
