For what projects/services did your company hire SONOS PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, and what were your goals?

I hired this company to creat a plush toy and packaging.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

This vender allegedly had a 35 year history.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had at length emails and phone cslls about my plush toy and how it was supposed to look and operate.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Initially I only talked to Carl TenBrink, the CEO and Owner, then Eric Eljenholm started communicating months after the project began.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

My prototypes are incomplete, has errors, and the company won't make the corrections unless I agree and pay thousands of dollars to go to production. It is then they said the corrections will be made. Design wise it doesn't look appealing esthetically, in order for it to be shelf ready.

These errors are supposed to be fixed as part of the initial prototype phase. I signed the contract in Feb of 2021 and as of August 6th 2021, I still do not have my items. This company should be ashamed of how they take your money and ruin your dreams. I do not recommend them.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Their communication and timeline to give you your products are less than stellar!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I WAS orig8nally impressed by their 35 year history, but after finding nine other people who have experienced similar situation, my impression of them is not good at all! There may be more.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could have kept in better communication/discussions with me throughout every second of the initial making of my prototypes, so as to know exactly what I wanted. They took it upon themselves to make decisions that made my prototype esthetically unpleasant and nòt store ready. There should have been unlimited revision options to get the prototypes ready for production.
