SOMOS is a specialized management consulting and training firm headquartered in Ottawa but provides our services across the nation. We provide a range of advisory, support and professional services to companies and organizations which need to manage change or where there may be a technology or technical staffing need.  Since our founding in 1991, we have helped numerous individuals and organizations in government, high technology, health care, defense, and energy to acquire the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to successfully manage and deliver projects. 

Our consulting practice includes PRINCE2® (Projects in Controlled Environments) accredited consultants who work with our clients to manage project delivery according to the PRINCE2 methodology. In 2010, SOMOS was named an Accredited Consulting Organization (ACO) for PRINCE2, the first firm in North America to be awarded this distinction.

As an Accredited Training Organization (ATO) and a P3M3 Accredited Consulting Organization (ACO), SOMOS provides training and consulting in PRINCE2, MSP, MoP and Managing Benefits, SOMOS has experience in embedding APMG products into organizations.
