Solzet is a CRM consultancy and Microsoft Partner based in Yerevan, Armenia. We build the CRM your business actually needs. Sometimes that's Microsoft Dynamics 365. Sometimes it's a custom CRM you fully own, because licensing costs, hosting rules or your processes make Microsoft the wrong fit. We do both, so we have no reason to push you one way or the other.
Dynamics 365: we implement and support Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations and Customer Insights, in the cloud or on premises. That covers discovery, solution design, plugin development, data migration, integrations, training and support after go live.
Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio and Dataverse architecture. We also build custom PCF controls in React and TypeScript, and some of them are free at solzet.com/pcf-controls.
Custom CRM: systems built on React, Node.js, .NET and PostgreSQL, with web and mobile apps. You own the code, the data and the servers, and you never pay per user.
Migrations: Salesforce to Dynamics 365 is one we see more and more, along with moves from Bitrix, amoCRM, HubSpot, spreadsheets and old D365 on premises installations.
White label delivery: senior consultants working under your brand for Microsoft partners and software vendors, with full NDA and GDPR compliant DPA coverage.
Our team is senior only, with over 8 years of average experience and Microsoft certifications including PL-200, PL-400 and PL-600. We work in GMT+4, which gives us 4 to 6 hours of overlap with Western Europe every day.
We work with mid-sized companies, banks, field service and inspection businesses, energy and utilities, and government bodies across Armenia, Europe and the US.

Solzet was founded in 2024 by senior Microsoft practitioners who spent years delivering Dynamics 365 for enterprise clients in Ireland, Denmark and Sweden. We saw companies either overpaying for licences they barely used or forcing their processes into a platform that didn't fit. So we built a team that does both Dynamics 365 and custom CRM, and recommends whatever actually fits.
