Together with Sollas we performed a lot of research with doctors and women in our community to discover the top problems to solve for our target populations / customers. From those user conversations, Sollas created interactive wireframes for users to test and for us to refine before starting UI design. That worked very well by giving us insights for improvements already in the first week.Once that work was finished Sollas moved on to the design phase which was so fast. 

It was great to keep the excitement level of everyone very high by doing this work so quickly. The key deliverables were: 

1. Personas and user stories in Notion. 
2. Flowchart in FigJam. 
3. An interactive prototype of the entire mobile app. 
4. UI designs of all app screens are nicely organized in Figma.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Positive reception from our early community, developers and potential investors we were speaking with. By the design getting done so quickly we were able to move ahead to development very quickly and get an MVP of our product launched much faster than I have seen our competitors do. Sollas is very fast.

Sollas delivered their tasks on time and ahead of schedule. On our end, we provided them with feedback very quickly whenever they requested it. They managed the product through Slack which was handy and contributed to things moving so quickly. Sollas always responded very quickly whenever we needed them.

1. User experience and design expertise.

We wanted Sollas to work on the design of our product, and our website to be ready prior to our launch date as scheduled internally. We also needed someone who have experience working with developers to coordinate on the development of our product and website.

We managed to reach over 8K people, and close to 500 people signing up for our newsletter. We also have close to 400 people using our income calculator that we had proposed to Sollas and they beautifully designed it to fruitition.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our collaboration with Sollas has been quite the revelation. In just a short span of 4 weeks, they managed to transform our concepts into tangible designs, which in itself was an astonishing feat. What's even more remarkable is that we had a functioning product within days, thanks to their alignment with us on speed. We achieved what many every startup founder needs, which is a proof of concept launch and a website in just 7 days.

The reception from users was very positive, especially for a product in its infancy. Additionally, over the next 4 weeks, they diligently refined our project based on the invaluable feedback and user insights we gathered from our rapidly growing user base of 2,200. Through this collaborative process, we were able to make 16 iterative changes that brought us closer to achieving product-market fit.

The results speak for themselves - 65.5% monthly to weekly (MAU/WAU) stickiness, and a whopping 198% growth, all within a remarkably short time frame. And we started generating revenue in the 4th week. Sollas took ownership of the project and desired results. But it is not just about measurable outcomes; it was a testament to their agility and alignment with our vision.

It's been an invaluable partnership that underscores the power of collaboration with the right partner that has help many startups and just gets it because they have lived it and as such have internalized that dedication to speed and quality.

Deliveries were consistently on time or ahead of schedule. Their responsiveness was excellent, with frequent and effective communication on Slack.

Nothing they could improve. I have been a product designer myself for over a decade and Sollas is everything I would want to see if I hired a designer or agency/service and more. They really set a new standard that I think very few people or services/agencies in UX/UI/Product Design can meet.
