I'm the owner of a private investment company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Solcode, and what were your goals?

We hired both Matej and Jan to create a completely unique and bespoke website for our company.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We spent several weeks researching for designers with a unique edge in the design space, after shortlisting just five potential partners for the project, we decided to work with Jan and Matej.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

To begin with I shared work we had previously been working on, from there Jan went to the design board and helped us to create a standout and completely unique brand identity and logo which then led to the creation of our first draft website which was created on figma.

Having worked with other designers, the first draft tends to need a lot of work, however, with Jan and Matej this was not the case as they took so much time in listening to all of the finer details which in turn meant our timeframe was dramatically reduced and we could focus on improving something that was already amazing.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had a team of just two, Jan and Matej. Jan was the designer who brought his value through his completely unique creative flair, and Matej brought his value to the table through means of his highly interact mind for technology and coding.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since launch of the website, we have found that the first thing new perspective clients mention is not only how beautifully deigned the website is, but how smooth the whole experience is. Note, some have compared it to Apple due to the customer experience!

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The guys were faultless, their attention to detail was incredible and they were ALWAYS on demand to help, wether that be late at night or working through weekends... These guys have no limits as to the extent they will go to make sure their client is fully satisfied.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Everything. Not only the end product but the whole experience and process. I can honesty say that I enjoyed every single step of the way and I will without fail be using them with any other projects we have in the future.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing at all.

I am a freelance designer offering design services, such as UX and UI, to other companies, that need to move their project to another level or to build a successful startup.

To develop the front end and back end for my design portfolio.

What were your goals for this project?

Make the whole page load fast even with the high-res pictures and to make all the interactions smooth and pleasant for users to browse through.

How did you select this vendor?

Through a recommendation from a client, that I have developed a web design for.

I already established the whole web design, so now the need was to find a talented developer, who would be able to take all my crazy ideas and bring them into reality through code.

CEO of Solcode, Matthew, jumped on a call with me and we talked through what is possible to do in our budget and how it should act. The only thing he needed for his development was access to Figma design software, and he just dragged everything needed from it. Through very small feedback we got to launching the website without any bugs and in super fast deadline.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Solcode met every single of my expectations. There was a super quick reaction on feedback, fixes were smooth and fast and I even got help with getting my hosting for my site.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We communicated through e-mails and Slack mainly, where I got an immediate answer.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

How fast and bugless their development is, but also how 1:1 their code with my design was. I am used to getting a lot of feedback rounds when working with developers, but Solcode took only one small round of feedback to get everything 100% correct.
