We hired Softlike to develop a custom SaaS-enabled marketplace and web application with the implementation of a Stripe invoicing system and subscription payment. Key deliverables include:

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Softlike team delivered the web app within our agreed budget in a very professional manner. The app features were developed as we designed, and when there was dissatisfaction, the team didn't hesitate to spend more time solving the issues. Overall, the project is a success based on completeness, usability and budget.

Communication was done in Slack. The team assigned a project manager to manage all communication, and they are always responsible and professional, showing the maximum attention and patience to my questions, which I appreciate very much. 

The schedule of the project was a little bit delayed due to the complications of our app, but the team is always available and doing their best to deliver features and solve problems. The team responds to my needs on time and always provides solutions that are thoughtful of my budget and schedules.

I've worked with many developers and agencies before, and I found Softlike to be the most professional, honest, and respectful. They honor their promises and work with ethics, professionalism, and efficiency. I can't say enough how happy I am to be working with them!

For our future collaboration, I would like to work with the team to improve our management of product launch schedules and timelines.

After losing contact with our previous software developer, we found Softlike to take over management, development and updates for our Inspection Software. The software runs on AWS utilizing Elastic Beanstalk, RDS (mysql) and S3. The software is built using PHP yii2 framework and has some html5 features such as working offline. Softlike was able to take take over management very quickly of our software as we continued further development with the WebApp. They are very professional and fast.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We continue to update/improve our WebApp to make it faster/easier to use. We set Softlike tasks to perform and test on the Staging environment before deploying in Production.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

I set tasks for them in Trello. Most tasks are not critical timewise as our App is working well, we are just making improvements. Most tasks are addressed very quickly (within days). We are working on a major update currently that required a modified Database Schema. We're in constant communication, and the progress of the project is going very well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I thought it was going to be very difficult to find the specific skillset required to take over management/development of our software. However, finding Softlike was a godsend, they had exactly the skills we required.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SoftLike could have done differently?

I am satisfied with the systems we have in place for our development requirements. For some of the larger tasks, I sometimes have to check with progress, but as most changes are not time critical, I don't often need regular updates.
