The team collaborated closely to properly define the project's scope before laying out the action plan in accordance with it. As a result, we had a clear understanding of the work's progress, the due dates for each step, and the anticipated outcomes.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The decentralized staking platform was successfully constructed, and it launched with full functioning on the appointed day. However, the NFT platform is still being developed, and in a few weeks, I expect it will be another huge success.

The workflow between the teams was just fantastic. Throughout the project, there was not even a bit of communication gap and all was always clear. With the continuous interaction of both the teams, it was never understood that the teams sat in different countries.
