This project was managed from 3 angles:

• implementation All three streams were responsive via mail, phone and Slack channel.

Risks were named and provided, requirements provided clearly, projectexecuted in declared time. Team is flexible in terms of changing timelines, which were caused by our internal processes.

We were looking for a functional tester for our product team and a company who can perform security testing of our platform.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have worked with Soflab on many assignments and am confident they provide top class services. They have great experts on demand and work very professionally.

We wanted to allocate a QA Engineer to our product team to increase quality and shorten time of delivering features. We also needed an external audit of our security and this wal done as a separate project.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

1-3 people were eventually involved in the mentioned initiatives. The QA Engineer in the product team worked as an external expert with our team, and blended into the team very quickly bringing value to Booste from day one.

1-2 people ran the security audit, all was on schedule and with a very informative report and recommendations towards improvements in our application and infrastructure security.

We were able to speed up delivery and launch our application on time being confident about the functional and security aspects of our services.
