I hired Socialiency for our Website development and Marketing. We wanted to increase our signups for the workshops via a new website and marketing strategies suggested by the agency

After a good research of the agencies that provide website development and digital marketing services in Hyderabad, I chose Socialiency advertising over others because of their confidence and clientele they had. The decision of the hiring this agency involved the board members and the HR.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

The agency was hired for the website development and also work on the digital marketing strategies to increase the number of signups for our weekly workshops and classes. My responsibility was to coordinate with the agency and make sure that the things are going smoothly at both ends.

What was the team composition?

I am not aware of their team size, but my single point of contact for everything was Noman.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have seen a good number of signups once the lead generation campaigns were up and running. The agency met the expectations on the number of leads or signups that were promised in the beginning of the contract.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had a weekly call for all the minor updates and monthly meeting for reporting.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their zeal and enthusiasm towards work are impressive. They make sure that the deliverables are given before the deadline which is rarely seen in other agencies I have worked with earlier.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They should increase their team size and expand in India.
