Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO and founder of a brand called JetFuel You. We sell food supplements and wellness teas.

What challenge were you trying to address with The Social Scalers?

We commissioned them to do our digital ads.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Besides managing our ads, The Social Scalers works on our website and conversions; we're all trying to get the Shopify store to convert with ads. They also work closely with someone from Ninja Flame Media. They have a partnership; The Social Scalers brings in the traffic, and Ninja Flame Media converts it by email.

They do Facebook, TikTok, Google, and YouTube ads. The team creates all the content, and when we need any videos, they reach out to influencers. Additionally, they've taken some of our existing videos and made them the correct aspect ratio for YouTube. However, they haven't created any brand new YouTube videos for us yet.

How did you come to work with The Social Scalers?

A friend recommended them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve paid them a retainer of around £2,000 (approximately $3,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the engagement in October 2021, and it’s an ongoing partnership.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've only been with them for a couple of months, so we’re still in the learning phase. We've started from scratch, but we’re going in the right direction. 

We’re currently in the testing phase, but we're getting a good return on ad spend with some of our retargeting on Facebook and TikTok ads. In two months, they’ve exceeded our expectations, and we’re 100% satisfied with their work.

How did The Social Scalers perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great. Communication is fantastic, and they’re on track. The team sends us a Loom video every Monday telling us precisely what's going on. We’re never left in the dark.

We typically communicate via Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re upfront about what will work. Also, they treat our ad budget like it's their own. They don’t burn through a load of cash if it's not the right thing to do.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There isn’t anything I’d improve.

Any advice for potential customers?

You don’t need to know anything about ads; they’ll do your ads for you. The Social Scalers will manage the whole thing, and you won’t have to micromanage them.
