I’m the owner of a printing company that designs and produces custom uniforms for sports clubs.

For what projects/services did your company hire Instasoar?

We needed exponential growth and brand awareness on our two Instagram channels to ultimately turn them into sources of revenue for the business post pandemic.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were referred initially by a joint connection via LinkedIn, but we also ran a trail with Instasoar to ascertain viability for monthly spend, which was successful.

We had a discovery call where I explained what was required and also our ideal client persona along with our main competitors. A plan was developed and sent to us for approval, which was great. Work began a week or so after and growth has been progressing ever since.

We worked with the owner and the business success manager and of course Instagram growth specialists.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our follower numbers jumped from under 1000 to over 8000 and our engagement figures saw a rise of over 12%. We receive leads weekly through our Instagram channel now and recently secured our first deal, which has vindicated and paid for the entire project.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Slack was the platform of choice for comms along with email. They generate a monthly report to highlight follower gains, improvements and new areas of opportunity for growth.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The targeting is a big factor due to our customers being quite niche and the cost was much more affordable that every other social media agency.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The reporting could perhaps be a little clearer, but I get most of of my information from the Instagram platform and the insights section, so this is hardly a criticism

We supplied our target audience and we were presented with an action plan on how they would be reached through engagement and hashtag expansion. This was carried out as explained and resulted in growth that was bigger than expected.

My Instagram has grown by around 300% since Instasaor have been managing it. This has resulted in more leads and enquires through direct messaging.

Monthly meetings as well as spreadsheet/email updates. More than adequate for our needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The consistent engagement is a godsend. I’d find this too hard to achieve in-house, so will be using this service going forward.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Be easy to say MORE followers and leads. I am more than happy with the results so far.
