Most agencies bill by the hour, so an overrun becomes your invoice and a change order is the standard move. We agree a price with you against a defined outcome before we start. If we underestimated it, we absorb it. The price only moves if you change what you are asking for.

Days, not months, to a first working system you can use, not a demo. We build the narrowest version that does real work, put it in front of the people who will use it, and grow it from there. The usual model is a discovery phase and a deck, with nothing running for weeks. We invert that. Engineering time is rarely the constraint anyway: what sets the pace is how fast we can reach your data and get a decision from whoever owns the process, and we tell you that at the scoping call instead of discovering it halfway through.

We start with a call, 30 minutes, free and with no obligation. We get to know your company first: what you do, where the problems are, what constrains you, and what could actually be improved. Then we scope the work with you rather than at you, and only then do you get a price. That price is fixed against a defined outcome and agreed before any work starts. No hourly billing, which matters because hourly means an overrun becomes your invoice and a change order is the standard response. If we scoped it wrong and it takes longer, that is our problem. The price only moves if you change what you are asking for. Minimum project size is $10,000.

We build AI agents, automations, agentic workflows and agentic systems, integrated into the tools your business already runs on instead of sitting beside them. They go into work that is slow, repetitive, or stuck on two or three people: quotes, claims, onboarding, first-pass review. Judgment-heavy enough that nobody scripted them, repetitive enough that they should not need a person every time. We also turn work down, which most shops do not. No staff augmentation, no websites or marketing sites, no basic CRUD apps, and nothing where the honest answer is that a script, a form or a policy change fixes it. If that is your situation we will say so on the first call instead of selling you a build.

The person who does the actual building stays on the work and on the decisions that need judgment. No account manager in the middle, and no waiting while someone relays your question to a developer. You get working software to look at rather than status decks, and everything is yours as we go: the code, the prompts, and a runbook that explains how to run and change it. There is no handover moment at the end where you find out what you actually own, and no dependency on us to keep it running.

Every AI system gets things wrong sometimes. Anyone who tells you otherwise has not run one in a real business. So we plan for it. A person stays involved in the decisions that matter. The system says when it is unsure instead of guessing. And we track every run, so you can see how often it is wrong and what it costs, in real numbers. That is usually why a pilot dies. It looked great in the demo, then nobody could say who owned it, what it cost to run, or what to do when it made a mistake. We answer those three questions before we build, not after.
