Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the President of ZeroDT. ZeroDT is a manufacturer of surge protection products for all industries, located in Houston, TX.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire S.O. Creative?

S.O. Creative designed and launched a new website for ZeroDT. They focused on a clean informative design and many key words to utilize SEO.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Quality, innovation and value. After evaluating several companies we decided to work with S.O Creative based on excellent examples of websites that they had previously designed. We also received very positive feedback from companies that S.O. Creative worked with previously.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Kickoff Meeting:

(1) 2 hour meeting with 3 S.O. Creative employees to get to review ZeroDT's offering, key differentiators and online engagement objectives for the new website. Provide an outline of project objectives and calendar with key milestones and deadlines for project execution. Creative concept development and WordPress theme selection: Developed 2-3 different approaches for the overarching brand message, image style, and WordPress theme for the new website.

Each concept will be comped in the following format: One key message and supporting image/graphic Home page wireframe mockups based on WordPress theme Client will select one concept for further refinement/finalization Information architecture/site organization:

Review all available content on existing website and all findings from the kickoff meeting Map out recommended page organization and high-level content outline for each page Present to Client, gather feedback and get approval to move forward with content development Create wireframes for interior page templates:

Create wireframe mockups of the following page templates based on the selected WordPress theme (2) Home page template options (1) Product family page listing the various products (1) Product Comparison Page Web development/build phase: Once we get the final approval on the page templates, we will start the web development phase Build/develop/customize the selected WP theme with technical SEO best practices.

Resize/buy new artwork/images to fit new website (includes up to 10 stock images/graphics) Populate content for up to 10 pages Test functionality once complete across devices and web browsers Content development and proofreading: (3) white paper landing pages I/O-24 product page Field sensors product page Product comparison page Search Engine Optimization Services:

Keyphrase Research/Topic Research: Potential successful search phrases for your company will be extensively researched to find even more long-tail variations, with attention given to technical and conversational search terms for general topics and expanded keyphrase research. This is conducted at the very beginning of project and guides content and information architecture This research can also be utilized for future SEO and Advertising needs.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with a total of three people specializing in different aspects from design, SEO and implementation.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I am very proud of the new website. We have heard from many previous customers, distributors and new customers that have had very positive feedback for our new website stating that it is laid out well and contains good detail.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very smooth process. We were given homework and input on our wants and desires and S.O. Creative provided very clean implementation.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very good communication. They had great ideas for the new website.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There was no downside to the process.
